Hi, I’m Traci, the founder of DIY Sugar Scrub. My mission is to inspire busy women to unplug and make time for themselves through easy creative activities and practical self-care tips.

Why DIY Sugar Scrub?

It all started for me a few years ago, when I found myself exhausted by the demands of a constantly connected career and lifestyle. Being busy was taking a toll on my health. 

At the suggestion of a friend I tried and discovered the positive effects of daily meditation. In very little time I found myself smiling, laughing, and making the time, literally, to smell the flowers.

I realized being busy hadn’t kept me from making time to refresh and renew. Rather I had to learn how to give myself permission to relax and not feel guilty about it.
