Pair naturally exfoliant epsom salts with the anti-inflammatory green tea to soothe and pamper your tired feet.
2 cups epsom salt
3 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp mint green tea
1 tsp matcha
(Optional) a few drops of your favorite essential oils.
Simply mix dry ingredients together and store in air tight jar.
When you are ready to soak your feet, blend the dry mix with 1 gallon of water. Feel the stress and tension melt away!
